How do I send an email alert for a progress report?

Administrators can create a parent alert to send an email progress report to parents on a monthly or weekly basis. If an administrator sets it to be sent weekly, the administrator will need to set the day of the week and time of day for it to be sent.  A monthly progress report requires the administrator to set the date (1-30 as not all months have 31 days) as well as the time of day.  The progress report contains grade information for all of a student’s active classes.
