This topic describes how to view existing course maps.
- Select a class from your active class list.
- Select Course Maps on the left sidebar to view all course maps for the selected class.
- Under the Class Course Maps section you will see all course maps you have created within the selected class.
- Under the School Course Maps section you will see all school course maps aligned with your class’s subject area and grade level.
- Review the Grade Level, Subject, # of Folders, # of Materials and Standards of each course map.
- Use the Subject and/or Grade Level filter buttons near the top right to filter the list of course maps available for your class.
- Under Class Course Maps, hover over the gear icon to the right of a course:
- Select Edit Overview to edit the teacher overview for the selected course map.
- Select Edit Settings to edit the settings of the selected course map.
- Select Copy Course Map to create a copy of the selected course map.
- Select Delete to permanently delete the selected course map.
- Under School Course Maps, hover over the gear icon to the right of a course:
- Select View Overview to view the teacher overview for the selected course map.
- Select View Standards to view the standards tagged to the selected course map.
- Select Copy Course Map to create a copy of the selected course map. This option may or may not be available, depending on the settings chosen by a school administrator.
You will not be able to edit the teacher overview, settings, or standards for any school course maps.
- Select a course map to view all units and content within it.
- To view the items within a particular folder, select the folder icon to expand the list of items.
- Select Teacher Overview at the top left to view the teacher overview for the course.
- Select Standards at the top left to view all standards tagged to the course. The ribbon icon next to each item indicates how many standards are tagged to that item.
- If you would like to preview an item, select the item's name. The preview will open in a new browser window or tab.
