View Student Details: Standards Tab

This topic covers how to view a student’s Standards tab.

  1. Select a class.

  2. Select Students from the left sidebar.

  3. Select a student's name.

  4. Select the Standards tab. On this tab, you can view detailed information about the selected student’s progress on each standard assessed in your class.
    • At the top, you will see an overall Assessed and Mastered bar for the student.
    • Each standard title, ID, and description will be displayed in the Standard column, along with the student’s score on each standard in the Score column and a mastery bar or score in the Mastery column.

  5. You can print this individual student’s standards report by clicking the Print button at the top right.

  6. If you would like to see the assignments that contributed to the student’s standards score or mastery level, click directly on either the score or mastery level.

  7. In the pop-up window, you can view each assignment’s name, category, date assessed and your student’s score on each assignment that contributed to the student’s overall standards score and mastery level for the selected standard.

  8. You can also click on the name of an assignment to be taken to the Edit Assessments page for that assignment.

  9. If you would like to edit or delete an assignment score for the selected standard, hover over the gear icon and click Edit or Delete.

Editing or deleting an assignment in this way will only affect the one student’s grade on the selected standard.

  10. You can also add an individual assessment for the student by clicking the green Add Individual Score button.

  11. If you hover over the All Assessed button, you can choose to view All Assessed standards, only Mastered standards, or only Not Mastered standards.

  12. You can print this individual student’s filtered standards report by clicking the Print button in the top right.

  13. If you would like to switch between students on this page, you can do so by hovering over the button with the current student’s name in the top right and selecting another student’s name from the drop-down menu.

  14. The color background of the Score and Mastery columns correlates to the colors set in your class settings or by your school for the Mastery scale. These colors are also used in the Mastery bar at the top of this page. At the bottom, you can view a key that explains the colors for each mastery level and the corresponding score ranges.
