Edit: Question Tags

You can tag test questions for easier searching in the test library and question bank. This topic covers how to adjust tagging options for a question.

  1. Select Tests & Quizzes from the left sidebar.

  2. Then select the My Test Library tab to see your tests.

  3. Select the name of a test to open it.


  4. To edit a question, hover over the gear icon to the far right of the question’s text, and select Edit from the drop-down menu.

  5. Select Show tagging options to display additional options. Available tagging options include:
    • Standards: Select Tag Standards to open the standards pop-up window.
    • Subject: Select a subject from the drop-down menu.
    • Grade Level: Choose a grade level range from the drop-down menus.
    • Language: Select a language from the drop-down menu.
    • Learning Style: Check the boxes next to Linguistic, Logical and/or Visual.
    • Taxonomies: Enter the appropriate number in the text box(es).
    • Keywords: Enter any keywords that you would like to associate with your question, ensuring that each keyword is separated by a comma.
    • Next to Sharing, you can check the box to share the question with all users who have access to the test.

  6. Make any other desired changes to the question.

  7. Click the green Save Question button to save your changes.
