You can tag test questions for easier searching in the test library and question bank. This topic covers how to adjust tagging options for a question.
- Select Tests & Quizzes from the left sidebar.
- Then select the My Test Library tab to see your tests.
- Select the name of a test to open it.
- To edit a question, hover over the gear icon to the far right of the question’s text, and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
- Select Show tagging options to display additional options. Available tagging options include:
- Standards: Select Tag Standards to open the standards pop-up window.
- Subject: Select a subject from the drop-down menu.
- Grade Level: Choose a grade level range from the drop-down menus.
- Language: Select a language from the drop-down menu.
- Learning Style: Check the boxes next to Linguistic, Logical and/or Visual.
- Taxonomies: Enter the appropriate number in the text box(es).
- Keywords: Enter any keywords that you would like to associate with your question, ensuring that each keyword is separated by a comma.
- Next to Sharing, you can check the box to share the question with all users who have access to the test.
- Make any other desired changes to the question.
- Click the green Save Question button to save your changes.
