This topic covers how to share tests with groups of school administrators or teachers.
- Select Tests & Quizzes on the left sidebar.
- Select the My Test Library tab.
- Select the Share icon next to the name of the test that you would like to share.
- Select the Groups tab in the pop-up window.
- To share the test with all administrators at your school, select the checkbox next to School Admins.
- To share the test with all teachers at your school, select the checkbox next to Teachers.
- Select a permission level from the drop-down menu to the right of the selected group(s). There are 3 permission levels available to choose from:
- View: May view, copy, launch and print the test. May not edit, share, archive or delete the test.
- Edit: May view, edit, launch, print, copy and archive the test. May not share or delete the test.
- Manage: May view, edit, launch, copy, delete, archive and share the test.
- Select the green Share button to share the test to the selected group(s). The newly added group(s) will now be listed under Groups with access.
- If you wish to remove access for a group, select the X icon to the right of the group’s name.
- Select the X icon at the top right to close the sharing window.
