Approve Repository Items

This topic covers how to approve items submitted by teachers or other school administrators for use in the repository.

The Repository is a feature exclusive to the Engrade Instruct module, which is currently available for purchase at the district level. If you are interested in using The Repository, contact your district administrator to inquire if this feature may be available for your school.

  1. Select Repository from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the Approvals tab to access content pending administrator approval.

  3. Beneath the item you wish to approve/deny, select the Approvals button.

  4. Select from one of three displayed options to either approve or deny the selected content.
    • Approve, Submit to District: This will add the content to the school’s repository. Additionally, the content will be sent to your school’s district administrator for approval to be added to the district’s repository.
    • Approve: This will add the content to the school’s repository.
    • Deny: This will prevent the content from appearing in the school’s repository.

      Sharing content to the repository is permanent. Once content has been shared to the repository, it cannot be removed at a later date.
