Search the Repository

This topic covers how to search the repository for specific content.

  1. Select Repository from the left sidebar.

  2. You can filter repository items by selecting the desired parameters in the left column, including:
    • Resource Type: The type of content, for example, a video or a wiki.
    • Audience: The intended audience for the resource.
    • Grade: The grade level range of the content.
    • Subject(s): The desired subject area(s) of the content.
    • Standards: The standards for which you would like to find resources aligned.
    • Publisher: The available publisher(s) from whom you would like to view content.
    • Language: The language of the content.



  3. You can also search for items based on keyword by entering a word or phrase in the search bar at the top of the repository.

  4. To determine how items are sorted in the repository, select the desired option from the Sort by drop-down menu.

  5. To increase the number of items displayed per page, select the desired option from the Results Per Page drop-down menu.

  6. Repository items will appear on this tab based on the filters selected in the left column and/or keywords entered in the search bar.
