Submit Lesson Plans

This topic covers how to submit a completed lesson plan to a school administrator for approval.

  1. Hover over Apps on the top blue bar, and select Lesson Plans from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select the lesson plan you wish to submit for administrator approval.

  3. Click the Submit to Administrator button at the bottom of the page to submit your lesson plan to an administrator for approval.

    Once you submit your lesson plan to an administrator for approval, you will not be able to make further edits or assign it to a class until it has been approved.

  4. In the pop-up window, click OK to submit your lesson plan to an administrator.

  5. Once your lesson plan has been submitted to your administrator, the status of your lesson plan will change to Pending Review.

  6. After reviewing your lesson plan, your administrator may request revisions before approving it. The status of the lesson plan will change to Revisions Requested.

  7. If there are any comments on your lesson plan from a school administrator, you can click on the number under the speech bubble column to view them.

  8. If you would like to respond to any comments, you can type a message in the text box, and click the green Submit button.

  9. After you have made any requested revisions, select the Submit to Administrator button once more.

  10. When your administrator has approved your lesson plan, you will see Approved listed under the lesson plan’s status.
