Create Parent Account

This topic covers how to create an Engrade parent account for a single student.

  1. Select a class.



  2. Select Students from the left sidebar.

  3. Hover over the gear icon to the right of the student for whom you would like to create a parent account.

  4. Select Accounts from the drop-down menu.



  5. In the pop-up window, click the Create New Account button to create a new parent account for the selected student.



  6. You can modify the automatically generated username in the Username field, if desired.

  7. Select Parent as the account Type.



  8. Enter the parent's First NameMiddle NameLast Name, and Email.

  9. Click the green Create Account button to create the new account.
