Share Wikis

This topic covers how to share a wiki with other collaborators.

  1. Hover over the Apps icon on the top blue bar, and select Wikis from the drop-down menu.



  2. Hover over the gear icon to the right of the wiki you wish to share, and select Add User(s) from the drop-down menu.



  3. On the Authorized Users page, select a teacher's or administrator's name from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the appropriate permissions level from the drop-down menu:
    • View: This user can only view your wiki.
    • Edit: This user can view and edit your wiki.
    • Moderator: This user can view and edit your wiki, including user access.



  5. Click the green Add User button to share your wiki.

  6. To edit a user's permission level, select Edit to the right of their name under the Options column.

  7. To remove another user's access completely, you can select Drop to the right of a username to remove all access that user has to your wiki.
