Edit Single Standards

School Administrators can create custom standard sets for use in standards tagging and tracking within your Engrade account. Custom standard sets, including state, county, district, or school standards, can be adapted for use in Engrade. This topic describes how to edit individual, custom standards.

  1. Hover over Apps on the top navigation bar, and select Standards from the drop-down menu.

  2. On the Manage Standards Sets page, select the name of the standards set you wish to edit.

  3. To edit an individual standard, select (edit) to the right of the standard's description.

  4. On the Edit Standard page, you can modify any of the following information:

    • ID
    • Parent ID
    • Min. Grade Level
    • Max. Grade Level
    • Subject
    • Categories
    • Description
    • Short Description

  5. Click the green Save Changes button to update the standard.

  6. On the Edit Standard page, you can also delete the selected standard by clicking the red Delete button at the bottom of the page.

  7. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the selected standard.

  8. Click OK to permanently delete the standard.
