This topic covers how to view a student’s Behavior tab.
- Select Students from the left sidebar.
- Select a student's name from the student list.
- Select the Behavior tab. You may need to use the arrows to the right of the tabs to reveal more tabs.
- On the Behavior tab, you can view the student’s behavior marks for each day as well as over a defined range of time.
- At the top of the page, select the date range over which you would like to view the student’s behavior marks. Click the Go button to update the behavior data.
- The Behavior tab will default to the Points View.
- The total points, most frequent positive mark, and most frequent negative mark will be displayed.
- You will see the student’s Behavior Point Totals graph, which tracks the total points assigned for each behavior mark over the selected time period.
- The Daily Points Trend graph displays the points that the student earned each day over the selected period of time.
- At the bottom, you will see a table that tracks the date, daily net points, points earned for each mark, and comments.
- Select the Marks View button to switch to the Marks View.
- You will have to re-select the date range and click Go if you would like to view a specific period of time.
- The total points, most frequent positive mark, and most frequent negative mark will be displayed.
- You will see the student’s Behavior Mark Frequency graph, which tracks the frequency of each behavior mark over the selected time period.
- At the bottom, you will see a table that tracks the date, daily number of assigned marks, number of times each mark was assigned, and comments.
- Click the Print button to print the selected view.
