View: Launched Assessments

This article covers how to view assessments launched from the district level.

  1. Select Tests & Quizzes from the left sidebar.

  2. The Assigned Tests tab will display all tests that have been assigned from the district level.



  3. You can quickly filter your district's launched tests by typing a subject, grade level or test name into the search bar at the top of the page.
     
  4. Alternatively, select the Filter button to open a drop-down window with advanced filtering options:
    • Subject: Select the desired subject area(s).
    • Grade Levels: Check the boxes next to the appropriate grade level(s).
    • Launch Year: Select the desired launch year(s). 
    • Additional Options: Check the boxes next to English Language Learners or Gifted Students to filter tests tagged with those designations, or check the box for Only My Tests to view only tests you have created.
    • Title: Enter the title of the test you wish to locate.



  5. Click the green Apply Filters button to filter the assigned tests by the selected criteria.

  6. The list of assigned tests will display details such as the Name, Launch Date, the most recent date the test was taken (Latest), Subject, Grade Level, Progress, number of tests needing Manual scoring, and Status.

  7. To schedule or delete a test in the list, hover over the gear icon to the right of the test name and select the appropriate action from the drop-down menu.
