This topic covers how to share tests with groups of district administrators, school administrators or teachers.
- Select Tests & Quizzes on the left sidebar.
- Select the My Test Library tab.
- Select the Share icon next to the name of the test that you would like to share with a group.
- In the window that pops up, click on the Groups tab.
- To share the test with all district administrators in your district, select the checkbox next to District Admins.
- To share the test with all administrators at a specific school, select the checkbox next to School Admins and then select a school from the drop down menu.
- To share the test with all teachers at a school, select the checkbox next to Teachers and then select a school from the drop down menu.
- View: May view, copy, launch and print the test. May not edit, share, archive or delete the test.
- Edit: May view, edit, launch, print, copy and archive the test. May not share or delete the test.
- Manage: May view, edit, launch, copy, delete, archive and share the test.
- Select the green Share button to share the test to the selected group(s). The newly added group(s) will now be listed under Groups with access.
- If you wish to remove access for a group, select the X icon to the right of the group’s name.
- Select the X icon at the top right to close the sharing window.
