Share: Tests with Groups

This topic covers how to share tests with groups of district administrators, school administrators or teachers.

  1. Select Tests & Quizzes on the left sidebar.

  2. Select the My Test Library tab.

  3. Select the Share icon next to the name of the test that you would like to share with a group.

  4. In the window that pops up, click on the Groups tab.



  5. To share the test with all district administrators in your district, select the checkbox next to District Admins.

  6. To share the test with all administrators at a specific school, select the checkbox next to School Admins and then select a school from the drop down menu.

  7. To share the test with all teachers at a school, select the checkbox next to Teachers and then select a school from the drop down menu.

    • View: May view, copy, launch and print the test. May not edit, share, archive or delete the test.
    • Edit: May view, edit, launch, print, copy and archive the test. May not share or delete the test.
    • Manage: May view, edit, launch, copy, delete, archive and share the test.

  8. Select the green Share button to share the test to the selected group(s). The newly added group(s) will now be listed under Groups with access.

  9. If you wish to remove access for a group, select the X icon to the right of the group’s name.

  10. Select the X icon at the top right to close the sharing window.
