This topic describes how to post teacher-submitted grades to WVEIS for schools in a district.
- Select WVEIS Logs from the left sidebar.
- Select the Post Grades tab.
- Select the name of the school for which you would like to submit grades to WVEIS.
- Select the appropriate Grading Period from the drop-down menu (there will generally be only one grading period for a school year, usually GP1).
- Select the Process for which you would like to submit grades to WVEIS.
Depending on your district’s configurations, there may not be a Process option for each submitted grade type (for example, semester exam grades). If there is not a Process for a needed grade submission, please contact your Engrade account manager for more information.
- Select the appropriate Class Type.
- Select the desired Grade Levels.
- Click the green Submit to your SIS button to post the grades and comments (if applicable) from Engrade to WVEIS.
