Approve Repository Items

This topic covers how to approve repository items submitted by administrators and teachers in your district. Once items have been approved, they will be available to all district users. 

  1. Select Repository from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the Approvals tab.



  3. Beneath the item you wish to approve/deny, select the Approvals button.

  4. Select one of the following options:
    • Approve: This will add the content to the district’s repository.
    • Deny: This will prevent the content from appearing in the district’s repository.

      Sharing content to the repository is permanent. Once content has been shared to the repository, it cannot be removed at a later date.
